TailorCue provides online tailoring service, an in-shop experience of tailoring at your doorstep with hassle free fabric selection, home pickup, stitching and alteration. We focus on three endowing qualities behind every cloth that drives nearly all of your clothing experience.

Fabric – Style – Fit 

1. After you book appointment with us, we will confirm your order and schedule a pickup of your fabric from your home with measurements. If you don’t have a fabric, you can mention it during the appointment. We will send fabric samples from your collection with our measurement team.

2. During measurement, you can either go with a standard design or choose from our design catalog or you can give us your own designs or ask us to recommend a new design for you.

3. Once the design is confirmed your garment will be send to our state-of-the-art TailorCue sewing facility where we will stitch and deliver the garment to your home based on your preferred delivery speed.

4. Alterations, if any, are taken care of free of charge. Maximum 2 alterations upto one year on every garment you get stitched from TailorCue.

 

Sadly, yes, in order to make the economics of home visits, pickup and logistics sustainable, we have made a service charge of Rs 250 mandatory for home visits. However, if you purchase our services it will be completely waived or adjusted in final billing.[On billing above Rs 750, the home visit fee will be completely waived off.]

We accept NEFT/IMPS, UPI transfers like BHIM app, Digital transfers like PayTm, PhonePe, Google Pay and payment through Net Banking. You can also pay us in cash.

Yes, all our prices are inclusive of taxes.

No, we do not charge any shipping fee in Delhi/NCR which includes Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad. For delivery in other cities or other states please confirm your order on 8860-030-033.

 

All our products are custom made and made-to-order as per the measurement, in addition to this we also ensure that the client remains in a constant touch with our tailor master. We take all necessary steps to make sure that the garment comes out perfect. Therefore we DO NOT accept returns. Although the customer is given 2 free alterations in a year’s time, they may use these to find the best fit.

In Standard Delivery, your garment will be stitched in the promised time which ranges between 3-5 days and it will be delivered to your doorstep in under 48 hours after being stitched. Standard delivery is free and included with every order you place on TailorCue.

With Express Delivery, your garment will be stitched in 48 hours and delivered immediately on priority. To opt for express stitching, the customer has to pay an additional 30% on the bill value. If we fail to deliver your express order within the stipulated time, 50% of the bill amount will be deducted. (30%+20%)

Every order on TailorCue is assured with 2 free alterations. This is to ensure the maximum longevity of your custom made cloth. This applies for a period of up to 12 months from the day of purchase. 

To avail free alteration, give us a call on +91 8860-030-033, our customer care will ask you some questions and your receipt number to verify your purchase. Post which we will schedule a free pickup from your address or in case if we couldn’t we will arrange a nearest TailorCue partner tailor master to alter your cloth. 

Unless requested by the customer, we don’t usually give hardcopy receipts. However, immediately after the purchase, a thank-you mail is sent to the customer with an attached e-bill. In addition to this, all TailorCue orders have the receipt number written on the product tag. We advise our customers to preserve the tag.

At TailorCue, we keep records of our customer’s measurements on our server for reference purposes. Those returning customer who makes another purchase on TailorCue in the same year of their last purchase will get an extra discount.

To avail these offers, the customer is required to preserve the product tag. Scan the QR code on our product tag, it will redirect to the returning customer purchase page. over there you need to enter your receipt number and submit it. You will get a callback from us in the next 6-12 hours.

If you choose the standard delivery that comes bundled with our stitching services. The minimum delivery time will be 4 days and the maximum delivery may take up to 7 days. In rare cases, such as during festivals, the order may get delayed, however in these scenarios we will inform the customer in advance.

If you choose express delivery for which we charge an additional 30% on the billing amount. On express orders we get you priority stitching in less than 48 hours and it will be delivered as soon as we can arrange it once sewn. Express Delivery has a minimum delivery time of 48 hours and a maximum of 72 hours. Express delivery is subject to availability. Upon booking an appointment, we inform the customer whether their order will be a standard order or an express order.

Not all pricing information for men and women on our pricing page will apply as it is for designer outfits. The designer will quote a price for a designer dress that will be based on the additional labor and materials required for that design. It is different for each garment and the final quotation will be given by the designer. For a rough estimate this could be an additional 25-30% over the standard pricing.
