Returns & Exchanges at TailorCue
We want you to love your TailorCue garments! While we don’t offer traditional returns or exchanges, we do offer free corrections for any defective items. This ensures you receive a product that meets your expectations.
Eligibility for Free Corrections
To be eligible for a free correction, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Defective: The item must have a manufacturing defect, not damage caused by wear and tear or improper care.
- Reported within 7 days of receipt: You must notify us of the defect within 7 days of receiving your item.
How to Request a Correction
To request a correction, please contact us at 8860-030-033 or [email protected] with details of the product and the defect.
Our Process
Once we receive your returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within 24-48 hours whether you are eligible for a free correction.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including:
- Items worn once
- Items altered by someone other than TailorCue
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, the following deductions will apply:
- Orders cancelled before tailoring: 50% deduction from the total value
- Orders cancelled after tailoring: Rs 250 deduction from the total value
Refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued in the form of credit notes, credit vouchers, or Tailorcue cash, which can only be redeemed at TailorCue stores.

- All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
