1. Alteration Scope:

  • Our alteration services are designed to make adjustments to existing garments.
  • Alterations may include making outfits tighter or looser, modifying designs, and minor changes to garment aesthetics.
  • Alteration does not imply a complete overhaul or designing a new outfit from scratch.

2. Customer Satisfaction:

  • We strive to meet your expectations with our alterations; however, there is a limit to what can be achieved.
  • If you are not satisfied with the results of the alteration, we offer one (1) complimentary revision.
  • Any additional revisions beyond the first one will be subject to additional charges, and the customer will be notified of these charges in advance.

3. Liability:

  • Tailorcue holds zero monetary and legal liability for the quality or condition of products that were:
    • Readymade and not created by Tailorcue.
    • Stitched or altered by someone other than Tailorcue.
  • We cannot guarantee the quality of work performed by external tailors or alterations made to garments not originally tailored by us.

4. Inspection:

  • Before accepting any altered garments, customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the items to ensure they meet their expectations.
  • Any concerns or dissatisfaction should be reported at the time of delivery or pickup. One complementary revision is only applicable if the customer expresses dissatisfaction upon delivery. We encourage you to thoroughly test our product or service and promptly report any concerns or dissatisfaction. However, please note that we disclaim any responsibility for addressing issues once the delivery is accepted. To ensure prompt resolution, any concerns or dissatisfaction should be reported at the time of pickup or delivery.

5. Timeframe:

  • We make every effort to complete alterations within the agreed-upon timeframe; however, some alterations may require additional time.

6. Pricing:

  • Alteration prices will vary based on the complexity and extent of the requested changes.
  • Customers will be provided with a cost estimate before the alteration work begins.
  • Please note that there is a minimum price of 750 rupees for alteration services, regardless of the size of the order. This ensures a transparent and fair pricing structure for all our valued customers.

7. Communication:

  • Effective communication with our customers is essential for successful alterations. Please provide clear instructions and feedback to help us serve you better.
