TailorCue Rewards Card Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction:
a. The TailorCue Rewards Card (“Card”) is a customer loyalty program designed to provide discounts on eligible orders to encourage repeat business.
b. The Card is issued and managed by TailorCue, and its usage is subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility:
a. The Card is available free of charge to all TailorCue customers upon delivery.
b. The Card is valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
3. Discounts Structure:
a. The discount structure is as follows:
First order: No discount
Second order: 10% off
Third order: No discount
Fourth order: 15% off
Fifth order: No discount
Sixth order: 20% off
Seventh order: No discount
Eighth order: 40% off
Ninth order: No discount
Tenth order: 60% off
4. Minimum and Maximum Order Values:
a. To be eligible for a discount, the minimum order value must be ₹1000.
b. The discount is applicable up to a maximum order value of ₹5000.
5. Lost or Damaged Cards:
a. In case the Card is lost or damaged, a replacement Card will be issued at no cost to the customer.
b. A digital copy of the Card will be provided to the customer within 72 hours of receiving the physical card.
6. Discount Limit:
a. Reward offer can not be clubbed with any other discount of goodies offer running on Tailorcue.
b. Tailorcue’s services are available without the reward card offer too. It is complimentary or optional in nature and not mandatory.
7. General Terms:
a. TailorCue reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Card program at any time without prior notice.
b. The Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the customer to whom it is issued. c. TailorCue reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Card if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity.
c. The offer has been designed for individual use and is not intended for businesses or commercial users. Tailorcue has other exciting offers available for them. Additionally, bulk tailoring orders are excluded from the reward card platform.
